Well, I'm getting married soon, and trying to get in better shape before the honeymoon. This last...

Well, I'm getting married soon, and trying to get in better shape before the honeymoon. This last semester really did a number on my physique (4 studio classes = sleeping in art studios and surviving on junk food and coffee).

Anyway, I put on a pound or two, and after a successful self-prescribed workout plan, I've managed to burn most of it off!

I'm currently at 150 exactly, right where I'm supposed to be (wouldn't mind burning off one more lb of fat), but my arms are refusing to increase in size. I used to box quite a bit, and my arms were massive (compared to current).

My current gym workout plan is as follows:
LOTS of stretching
3 mile run
20 pull ups on handles attached to ropes, hanging from ceiling
30 arm curls (I set the machine at 90 lbs, but no idea what that equates to after factoring in the machine itself)
40 full leg lifts on the capitans chair
20 ...umm..."reverse sit ups"?

I'm doing this monday-friday at 6am, and it seems to be working pretty well, I just want to get my arms back!

I have a 50 lb dumbell laying around in my apt, can I do any particular exercises with that besides just curls?

I am a vegetarian, so I don't eat meat. I do get plenty of protien and everything else I need to live though. Eggs, yogurt, peanut butter, juices, fruits, etc. Wedding/honeymoon is in a month, just wanting some advice, as I am a bit stumped.

Should I just be doing less reps with a massive increase in weight?

I'm a runner/climber, so my physique is pretty "slim and toned" I guess.

EDIT: after having done this routine for awhile, I can tell my arms are getting much stronger, but I guess I'm toning them instead of bulking them?

Any help/advice is appreciated guys!

up for sale is the K20A2 Long block that I pulled from my 03 RSX-S. the motor was pulled with 99,300 miles on the odometer and the motor ran before it was pulled. I just swapped a K24A2 in my RSX so some sensors are missing as I needed them for the swap. main sensors are the knock and crank sensor. also it only has the water pump and tensioner installed. the motor burned about a quart to quart and a half between oil changes(every 5000 miles) and always ran Mobil 1 5w30 Synthetic. I'm not able to use a computer to upload pictures at this time but I can send pictures via text message or email. the motor is sitting on a skid ready to be shipped or picked up. asking 1300 OBO + shipping. if interested you can email me at michaellittle32@gmail.com, pm me or call/text 606-416-2165. my name is michael.
